Reiki is a Japanese word meaning Universal Energy. This energy is chanelled by the practitioner. Who acts as a channel for the healing energy which flows from one person to another through touch. Which in turn allows the healing to occur on all levels of Mind, Body and Spirit.

Reiki is a simple stress reduction and relaxation technique that promotes healing.

Grant has undergone Master Training in the Usui System of Natural Healing and is therefore granted the title of Reiki Master Teacher.

The International Institute for Reiki Training.
